The Community Foundation of South Alabama is an Alabama not for profit corporation. The Foundation is approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a publicly supported organization under Section 509(a)(1) and (170)(b)(1)(A)(VI). The Community Foundation makes its annual examination of financial statements and its IRS Form 990 available to the public.
