Grant Reports

The Community Foundation of South Alabama requires correct and concise reporting from all grantees.  Each grant, depending on grant amount, has specific criteria for reporting that grantees must follow.

For grants of $19,999 or less you must submit an interim report within six months and a final report in 12 months.

For grants of $20,000 or more you must submit a report every quarter for a total of twelve months.

Grantees must submit a final Grant Report for the respective amount received no later than 12 months after funds have been disbursed.

If additional time is required to disburse grant funding, the grantee should submit a request in writing to the Program Office for the time extension required to deplete remaining funds.

If a variance in the grant purpose becomes necessary, the grantee is required to submit in writing the reason for the variance request and cite any changes in the grant allocation.  The Community Foundation will review the request and has the authority to approve or deny the request.
