Community Conference Space

Nonprofit organizations can use the conference room facilities of The Community Foundation free of charge.

The conference room is 20’ x 36’ and can accommodate up to 50 guests. Tables and chairs can be configured as needed to suit your event.

The conference room is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Meeting requests that fall outside the normal operating hours of the Foundation will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to a rental fee.

To make a reservation, review the Conference Room Policy, complete the application and return the form to administration@communityendowment.com.

Events are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis so please check our EVENTS CALENDAR to make sure your date and time is available to use the Conference Room.
